WAPT 48TH ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

Location: Zintel Creek Golf Club, Kennewick

Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026

Time: 3:00 PM Shotgun Start

Registration opens at 1:00 pm

Golf starts at 3:00 pm until - DONE

$130 registration includes: 18 holes of golf, shared cart, Taco Bar Buffet AND door prizes!

Cash prize awarded for best conference themed costume $100.00. Get out your beach attire!

All net proceeds from the tournament supports the WAPT Scholarship Program!

Welcome Back Friends!

We are all looking forward to welcoming everyone back and being together again June 27 - July 1, 2026. This year's theme is Life's a Beach - Let's Navigate It Together

Please complete this registration to take part in the WAPT Trade Show on Monday, June 29, 2026, in Kennewick, WA.

Included in your booth registration you will get one ticket for the WAPT Awards Banquet on Sunday, June 28th at 5:00 pm where we will take a few moments to recognize each vendor present. Additional meal tickets can be purchased for $50.00 each. You will also get one lunch ticket for the day of the trade show. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased for $30.00.

After the trade show is over, join us at the Reach Museum from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm for vendor hospitality.

We are thrilled to introduce a opportunity for vendors to engage directly with customers this year! Join us for a Working Lunch on Tuesday, June 30th by sponsoring a table for $150.00.

Trade Show Coordinator and Your WAPT Board

The WAPT Trade Show is managed by Veronica Schmidt, Snohomish School District, Attn: Veronica Schmidt, 4605 Bickford Avenue, Snohomish, WA 98290. WAPT Board representatives will be on-site at the Three Rivers to assist exhibitors with questions or concerns. WAPT has the exclusive authority to make decisions regarding the interpretation of Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for the 2026 WAPT Trade Show.

Trade Show Services

For decorator questions please contact Three Rivers Convention Center at sales@3riverscampus.com. A vendor packet will be emailed to all confirmed vendors three weeks prior to the show.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing prior to June 5, 2026, and will be refunded minus a $125 administrative charge. Cancellations on or after c.o.b. June 5, 2026 will not be eligible to receive a refund.

By submitting your registration, you hereby authorize WAPT to reserve exhibit space at the Three Rivers Convention Center for use by the above company/organization during the WAPT Annual Trade Show 2026. You hereby accept and acknowledge receipt of and agree to abide by the exhibit rules and regulations included in the exhibitor packet and to all conditions under which exhibit space is leased to WAPT. You acknowledge that space will be assigned at the discretion of WAPT and also agree that space shall be acceptable unless WAPT is notified in writing within 30 days of the official space notification. Confirmation letters will be sent indicating your space assignment and your decorator kit will be mailed to you 6 weeks prior to the show.
